Job description: Conduct complex organizational studies for regulatory compliance by supporting research component through development of automated processes, ensuring compliance to health plan policy/procedures & regulatory standards for work simplification. Promote compliance with State/Federal requirements by analyzing & addressing risks to regulatory requirements. Evaluate complex risk analysis activities & drive execution/monitoring of regulatory/compliance strategies for Pharmacy Operations. Coordinate with regulatory agencies & participate in internal/external audit reviews. Develop operating procedures/policies to implement enhancements. Coordinate logistics/diagnostic codes entered in the system.
Education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Pharmaceutical Science or Pharmacy, plus 5 years progressive experience in the job offered or as a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst or Compliance Officer. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree and 5 years experience, will accept Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Pharmacy plus 2 years experience in job offered or as a Regulatory & Compliance Analyst or Compliance Officer. Prior to work experience must include 2 years experience in supporting research component through development of automated processes, ensuring compliance to health plan policy/procedures & regulatory standards for work simplification. Coordinate logistics/diagnostic codes entered in the system.
